Hi, my name is Jennifer Martz. I am a nurse practitioner currently working in pulmonary medicine. I have been a nurse practitioner for the last ten years. Prior to that I worked as a registered nurse at Corewell Wayne on the IMC unit. I graduated from Eastern Michigan University in 2009 with a BSN, and graduated from Oakland University in 2015 with a MSN. I am a member of the Association of Pulmonary Advanced Practice Providers. I look forward to helping you achieve your smoking cessation goals.

My name is Madison Siegrist and I am a Physician Assistant (PA). I graduated with my Bachelor of Science degree from Grand Valley State University in 2021 and then earned my Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Toledo in 2023. I started practicing as a Pulmonary PA in February of 2024 and have seen firsthand the profound effects that quitting smoking can have on an individual's health. I want to empower patients to take control of their health while providing them with the tools, resources, and support they need to be successful. Laser therapy is an innovative method to assist with quitting smoking and I am excited to support patients through their smoking cessation journey while using this approach.

Kareem graduated from Oakland University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and experience in clinics and hospital settings as a scribe and medical assistant. He is currently pursuing his Master's degree in Public Health with specific focus on environmental and public healthcare policy.
